1. Robust frame
The alloy casting frame is super robust and durable due to the FEM analysis in design.
2. Curved crushing chamber
According to the principle of lamination crushing and the feature of chamber wall wearing, the shape of cone crusher chamber is designed as curve, so as to obtain larger productivity, high quality and less wearing cost.
3. Tramp iron or overload protection
In case of tramp iron or overload, the hydraulic oil will be pushed into the accumulator, then the discharge opening is enlarged. After tramp iron or overload, the accumulator releases oil to the cylinder, so that the cone crusher can start normal operation. The failure performance probability of the machine is low, even long-time operating in crushing extreme hard rocks.
4. Transmission gear
Bevel and pinion gears can keep the crusher with big torque and high efficient transmission.
5. Optimized Eccentric distance is adjustable
Eccentric distance is adjustable (GPY300, 300S), the others’ fixed. A combination of main shaft, eccentric bushing and eccentric sleeves could easily get several eccentric setups by rotating eccentric bushing, to meet the requirement of different mining application.
6. Positive pressure anti- dust system
Special sealing and positive pressure anti- dust system ensure the clean of lubrication system. No extra grease seal and labor maintenance needed during operation.
7. Advanced reliable hydraulic lubrication system
Due to the modular design of independent lubrication system and hydraulic system, the crusher can obtain the protection function of hydraulic oil temperature, flow, pressure, and abnormal power, with the linkage to main motor starter control.
8. PLC intelligent operation system
Overload protection, tramp iron protection, wearing plate auto compensation and choke feeding can maximize the crusher efficiency.
9. Easy maintenance
Most parts can be assembled and disassembled on the upper and lateral side, which makes the machine maintenance labor-save and time-save.
10. High utilization of wearing parts
Special designed mantle and bow liner with high utilization, which greatly reduce the operation cost of wearing parts.
