YTX Cylinder Washing Apparatus, or ore washing cylinder, is used in washing and desliming process for all kinds of large ore and sand gravel aggregate which is difficult to wash. The machine features in big size of feeding granularity, clay content of aggregate less than 0.5% after washing, water content less than 2%, There are two types of this machine, cylindrical type and cylindrical with bar type, the latter type can divide the material into +40mm level and -40 level, the -40 level material can be divided into +2 mm level and -2 mm level again by two-spiral groove ore washer. In this way, the washing efficiency can reach about 98% and it is the best choice for difficult washing ore at present.

 

YTX Series Cylinder Stone Scrubber is mainly used in sandstone washing and aggragate washing. This machine has large size feed material and is able to keep the silt content of washed aggragates low to 0.5% and moisture content less than 2%, suitable for washing lump ores that are hard to clean. Generally, this series of ore washer consists of cylinder type and type of cylinder with grizzly bars.

The washing cylinder is supported by 4 dragging wheels. Motor drives the reducer, and the gears drive washing cylinder running at low speed. The aggregate with mud pie and stone powder enter into the running cylinder, continuously brought along and thrown away by rubber wearing plate installed with certain angle in washing cylinder, circulated many times during moving process from feed side to discharge end, and washed by straightforward water or re-fluent water. Lastly, the aggregate cleanly washed will be discharged after being sieved and dehydrated by shaft screen at discharge end, the waste water with sludge will be discharged through baffle with holes at discharge or feed end.
